Resolution 14) Learn to cook a curry night

Curry Type: Thai Green with Fisch!

Favourite moments of curry cooking experience:

-Being allowed to cook in over sized boyfriend jumper.
-Being properly shown how to chop properly/use a knife at 23years old.
-Realising the curry turns out green due to the green chilli's, lime & other green herbs that go into the paste (Aware that most people would know this... & I did not tell Nicholas this occurred to me for the first time yesterday)
-The smell of lemongrass. Niiiiice.
-The smell of fish sauce. Jokes. Boff.
-Finding out you can buy such things as 'green peppercorns drained'
-Drinking top bottle of Carbet Sauvigon while cooking (Bonus: it was half price at Waitrose)
-Adding in double amount of herbs & not ruining it
-Buying x3 lots of prawn crackers from the restaurant down the road because they have won an award for ''The best prawn crackers you will ever taste'' (That may/may not be a fact)
-Scallops & Prawns & Cod was so yum. Bare yum.

Having a shower and a cigarette while Mr Thai Paste was chilling out in the fridge was a win.

I feel a smug sense of success.
